City continues to bleed as 3 more  gunned down, 5 bodies recovered

KARACHI: Five bodies were found from different parts of the city, while three persons were shot dead on Tuesday, Chhipa sources said. 
They said that four bodies were found from the Northern Bypass, Surjani Town area. Three of them have been identified as Samiullah, 35, Hafeezullah, 40, and Noor Faisal, 40, while identity of the fourth victim, aged around 45, could not be ascertained. 
Their hands were tied with ropes. All the bodies had bullet wounds as well as torture marks. They were shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for autopsies. 
The fifth body was found from the Malir River, near the Shah Faisal Colony. The identity of the victim, aged around 22, could not be ascertained. The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities. 
Meanwhile, 25-year-old Azim Hussain was gunned down by unidentified accused in the Orangi Town, Sector 11-1/2, near Iqbal Market. The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Moreover, 40-year-old Abdul Rashid, s/o Ayub Khan, was shot dead by unidentified persons in the Patail Para area, near Fatima Bai Hospital. The body was also shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. 
Separately, an unidentified young man was gunned down in Gulzar Colony, Korangi. The body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities. 
Meanwhile, Sindh Police Inspector General Shahid Nadeem Baloch as ordered the police force to beef up security across the province, particularly at railway stations and tracks, after a recent bomb blast on a rail track near Kashmore. The IG directed all the DIGs to ensure strict security at all public places, particularly mosques, worship places, government and semi-government buildings and installations and utility service departments. He said the process of intelligence sharing should be further improved and snap checking, police picketing and surveillance should be ensured at all costs.
