KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Friday that time has come to convene a joint session of parliament to discuss the anti-terrorism policy.
In a message on a social media website, Bilawal said that the National Assembly was the appropriate forum to debate the anti-terrorism policy. He said that there is a need to call a joint parliamentary session to discuss the policy regarding terrorism.
Bilawal also strongly condemned the armed attack on a private TV channel and expressed deep grief over the loss of lives of its staff. He expressed sympathy with the bereaved families and prayed for eternal peace for the departed.
