KARACHI: The lawlessness and unabated terrorism has turned the “City of Light” into darkness.
This was stated by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman during his visit to Baldia Town, Naval Colony, Yousuf Goth and Mauripur in connection with ongoing membership campaign of Jamaat-e-Islami.
During his visit, Hafiz Naeem met with the Ulema belonging to different sects and area notables and invited them to join JI for the prosperous future of the city and the country.
Acting Ameer JI District West Uzair Baig Qasimi, Ameer Zone Maulana Fazal Ahad and Ameer Tariq accompanied the JI Karachi Chief.
Addressing the area people, Hafiz Naeem said that the JI wants to implement Islamic rules in the country and need the support of the people in its struggle.
He further said that the lawlessness, targeted killing incidents, extortion, inflation, poverty and unemployment were the problems which pull the people of the city into mental agony, adding that Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) was an only party which pulls out the country from hot waters.
“The main aim of membership campaign initiated by JI is to unite all patriotic and Islam loving people at a single platform”, he added.
On the occasion, Hafiz Naeem appealed the people to join Jamaat-e-Islami at large numbers to implement Islamic laws in the country.
