LONDON/KARACHI: Many national and international personalities phoned London and Karachi Secretariats of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) and felicitated supporters and workers of MQM on release of party chief Altaf Hussain.
Former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf, former president Asif Ali Zardari, former PM Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, former prime minister (PM) Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, former PM Shoukat Aziz, former interior minister Rehman Malik, PM Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, President Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, Prsident Awami Muslim League Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan, PTI leader Javed Hashmi, President ANP Asfandyar Wali, leaders ANP Ghulam Ahmed Bilor and Ilyas Bilor congratulated Altaf Hussain and MQM supporters and workers.

They said in their separate messages it was great achievement and defeat for all evil forces against MQM. They termed the volcano was expertly handled and defused by MQM leadership through Altaf Hussain’s teaching and ended peacefully to record history of non-violence protest. They said MQM chief had been struggling for the rights of his people and fighting against depressors.
Rehman Malik delivered congratulation messages from Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He said only MQM could come out of such high crisis and congratulated its activists and supporters for their peaceful and unbeaten determination for Altaf Hussain. He gave the messages from PPP leaderships to work for the prosperity of Sindh and Pakistan.
