MRC alleges plain-clothed Rangers picking mohajirs

* Council likely to lodge FIR against Rangers for MQM workers’ killing

KARACHI: Mohajir Rabita Council (MRC) alleged plain clothed Rangers personnel were picking mohajirs. MRC might lodge first investigation report (FIR) against Rangers for the four killings of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s workers later bodies were dumped near Memon Goth.
At a press conference at Karachi Press Club, leaders of MRC Arshad Siddiqui, Yaqoob Bandani and others said plain clothed Rangers personnel used to come in double cabin vehicles and take mohajirs. We warned plain clothed people, “If activities were continued then there would be a blood for the blood and life for the life”.
Genocide of mohajirs was carrying on. “MQM is only party who speaks for the rights of Urdu speaking people. We fully support Farooq Sattar’s press conference.”
Genocide of mohajirs was underway. The ‘holi’ from mohajirs blood should be stopped now. How long it would be carried out. Enough is enough. We should not be enforced lest should we take other paths.
Government of Pakistan has to stop plain clothed persons from killing mohajirs. We raised the issue regarding genocide of mohajirs at many platforms. We asked Prime Minister, Governor Sindh, Chief Minister and different ministers but no one did ear to our appeal. We appeal General Raheel Sharif to have mercy on our condition.
Ranger has failed to bring peace in Karachi. In fact it was busy in money minting. To protect masses’ interests they were protecting their own interests. The control of Karachi should be handed over to local police.
Those who made Pakistan are being killed. Is our offense was that we made Pakistan. “Do not push us to the wall. Lest, should we demand for separate country like Balochistan. We have to live, survive and get our rights in this country,” they added. “Why is not judiciary taking suo moto action,” they questioned.
