KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the firing on protesting Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) employees in Karachi. In a message, Zardari condemned the use of force against the protesting employees of the PIA. He asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to desist from adopting dictatorial tactics to deprive the PIA employees of their democratic right to protest.The PPP chairman expressed sympathies and solidarity with the employees of the national flag carrier and assured them that the PPP would stand up against the privatisation of national assets at throwaway prices. He said that his party would support the just cause of the working class in Pakistan.In a statement issued here on Tuesday, PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari called for a judicial investigation into the incident.
