The chief minister warned that no laxity will be tolerated in this regard. He ordered the immediate arrest of the remaining accused. He said such brutal incidents are a blotch on the face of humanity and a matter of concern for every segment of the society. The chief minister said this crime is not less than an act of terrorism and the death of a woman at the hands of her father and brothers reflects a highly violent attitude which should be curbed at any cost. He said that such inhuman incidents are intolerable and the perpetrators are ‘beasts in human shape’ and a burden on the society.
