Pak-India Indus water talks fail

LAHORE: Talks between Pakistan and India to discuss disputed issues under the Indus Water Treaty have failed. The water commissioner-level talks failed to yield any results on the third day, as India did not budge on its design of the Kishanganga Dam. India also refused to halt construction of dams on River Chenab.  Pakistan has expressed concerns over the construction of Kishanganga and other damns terming this to be a clear violation of the Indus Water Treaty. Pakistan will now take its case to the International Court of Justice.
