Talking to reporters, it would be justifiable to seek resignation from the prime minister if the commission validated Khan’s rigging allegations.
“We will also support you if rigging is proved through investigation of judicial commission,” Shah said.
He said Imran khan and Tahirul Qadri should trust the report of the judicial commission and said the commission may take two months to complete its investigation.
He said that it was a good omen that all political parties agreed to uphold supremacy of the constitution at any cost. He resolved to protect the constitution. He also suggested Imran Khan to head the parliamentary committee on electoral reforms if he had some concrete ideas to reform the country’s electoral system.
