Saad thanks PAT for deciding to listen government

ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Railway Khawaja Saad Rafique has thanked Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) for deciding to listen to the government and enter into talks.

Talking to journalists outside the container of PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri, he said that no demands have been given yet. We have only greeted each other; they are waiting for their partners.

The governments negotiating team, comprising Ijazul Haq, Haider Abbas Rizvi and Saad Rafique, has arrived to talk to Qadri again. Abdul Qadir Baloch is also part of the delegation. On the other hand PAT leader Khurram Nawaz said that governments negotiating team will come back after an hour and thirty minutes.

During the meeting Dr. Tahirul Qadri momentarily steps out of his container to tell his supporters to stop chanting and announces that he will not talk till the Chaudhry brothers reach.
