'Dance march can't bring revolution in Pakistan'

Dr Ebadullah says CM and his ministers are dancing in Islamabad instead of focusing attention on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

PESHAWAR - Member of National Assembly Dr Ebadullah has said that it is a matter of great regret that a party which could not even manage their government in one province is giving a call for civil disobedience to the nation.

He said that the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) lacks mature leadership that was why it was taking grab of 'dance march' to save its skin. He maintained that the PTI has totally failed to deliver in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and was staging a drama at Islamabad to curtain its failure. In a statement issued here, Dr Ebad said that the prime minister was elected by the people and no shortcut, undemocratic means or 'dance march' could help PTI achieve the helm of the affairs.

He said that it was much regretful that Chief Minister Pervaiz Khatak along with his ministers and advisers was dancing at Islamabad oblivious to the condition of displaced families and rainstorm-hit people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said it was inability and inefficiency of the PTI government that for the first time provincial budget was lapsed.

Dr Ebad was of the view that those who want revolution should not take help from unsuccessful politicians like Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad and Jehangir Tareen, adding that Imran Khan must show seriousness at this stage as his march was causing great loss to the economy of the country. He said that not roads but parliament was the appropriate forum to address such issues.
