ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources has decided to supply natural gas to the CNG filling stations located across Punjab for three days, beginning next week.
Presently in Punjab, the compressed natural gas (CNG) is available nine hours a day, two days a week, while next week onward, it will be available for eight hours a day and, its provision to the filling stations is also to be improved before Eidul Fitr.
The All Pakistan CNG Association said in a press statement that the decision was taken during a meeting held in the premises of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources on Friday between Federal Petroleum Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and representatives of the APCNGA. The meeting also included Supreme Council Chairman Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha and Central Chairman Pervaiz Khan Khattak.
