RAWALPINDI – Hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case was adjourned by the Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday without proceedings till July 12th.
The court summoned witnesses in the next hearing. The case was being heard by Anti-Terrorist Court Judge Ismael Pervez Joya within the premises of the Adiyala prison. Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in a gun-and-bomb attack outside Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh on Dec 27, 2007.
The two time former prime minister and chairperson of the Pakistan People’s Party was killed shortly after addressing an election campaign rally in Rawalpindi.
