ISLAMABAD – Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Barjees Tahir has strongly reacted over a statement by the Indian Army chief regarding the armed action along the Line of Control (LoC) in the divided state of jammu Kashmir and said that Pakistan has become a recognised nuclear power whose defence has become impregnable.
Talking to journalists here on Tuesday, the minister categorically stated that no one can dare to give a nasty look to Pakistan with its invulnerable defence. "India has never accepted the independent status of Pakistan and always shows nefarious designs to make Pakistan a part of greater India," he said. He went on saying that whenever India has evil plans against Pakistan, its army and the people gave a blowing reply to its enemy in a befitting manner.
Barjees maintained that now the defence of Pakistan has become even more secure and stronger and India knows this very well. He opined that it has become a custom in the Indian politics to demonstrate and promote anti-Pakistan sentiments for their point-scoring and same was done by the Indian Army chief who voiced against Pakistan. He reiterated Pakistan was well-aware of its defence and knows how to give a befitting reply to its enemy.
