Malik vows changes for his province

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch said that even a single penny of the nation is forbidden on him and that he would not allow anyone looting the national wealth of Balochistan. Addressing a gathering at Tehsil Dasht of District Mastung on Saturday, he said that his government would ensure education for each child in Balochistan and that Balochistan will turn into a secure place to live for people and the grim acts of kidnapping for ransom that became a business have been controlled. He said that to have taken over the reigns of the government amidst tough times and added that the situation has improved during the past one year. “No compromise would be made over the claim of ownership of resources and coast of Balochistan and stressed the need to strengthen the party that party politics is the only cure for the issues of Balochistan,” he said He vowed that the Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Memorial Enclave Educational Complex would be functional soon with admissions commencing in Technical Training Centre (TTC), college and schools. He said, “good institutions had been made in Mastung and they needed to be looked after,” and expressed his satisfaction over the working of Shaheed Ghous Bakhsh Hospital Mastung. He said that the people involved in acid attacks on women will be chased and the city will be made secure for women and girls. He also announced awards for the Mastung Police and Levies personnel on their valuable services.
