QUETTA: At least six children were injured in an explosion at a scrap shop in the bordering town of Chaman in Balochistan on Sunday.
The children were playing nearby the scrap shop when a powerful explosion took place, leaving six children injured and damaging the nearby shops.
The bomb disposal squad and police have cordoned off the area. The local administration has registered a case.
In another incident, a person was gunned down by unknown assailants in Lorali town of Balochistan on Sunday. Unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate firing at Duki Road, leaving a person dead on the spot. The identity of the killed could not be confirmed.
