LONDON – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday condemned the attack on a Military Police vehicle on MA Jinnah Road, Karachi in which two personnel lost their lives. The prime minister in a message from London said that the government would not be deterred by such cowardly terrorist attacks. “Peace and stability is the future of Karachi, which is because of the national resolve against terrorists and great sacrifices made by our Jawans,” said the prime minister. Sympathising with the families of the martyred, the prime minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls. He also prayed to Allah Almighty to grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the irreparable loss. He said the martyred have sacrificed their lives for a peaceful and prosperous Pakistan.
