Sir: I submitted my Centre for Civic Education (CCE) 2013 application form with the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) Karachi information office in August 2013. For some reason, my name was not uploaded onto the website of the commission. I fall in the category of the three-year relaxation granted by the Chief Minister. I appeared in person before the incharge of SPSC, Sindh Secretariat, Karachi. There I was asked to appear at the head office in Hyderabad. Once there, I was told to follow a tedious chain of instructions, which I did. I submitted a fresh application. I am one of the candidates who have appeared thrice in the Central Superior Services (CSS) exam, but I have not been allocated a position or been declared to have failed. My name is still missing from the revised list that has been uploaded recently. After several applications, I was asked to reappear. I also tried to meet the Secretary but was denied access. I am a potential candidate of a competitive examination. I do not want to lose this opportunity. I request only that justice be done based on merit. I have a private job and it is very difficult for me to take leave so often for pursuing this issue. The money I have spent has also been a burden to bear. I am not alone; there are other candidates as well, who are going through a similar problem. RASOOL BUX JUNEJO Karachi
