Talent lost

Sir: While doing graduation I was told in one of the human resource management classes that only through a reference could one find a good job in Pakistan. At that time I wondered about the students who come from remote areas to cities for better education and a career. These students usually do not have good links so does it mean no job for them?
One of my friends, an A-grader, could not find any job in Pakistan and eventually his parents had to send him to Oman, where he is working in a large shipping firm and is earning a handsome salary. The question is that if we keep on losing precious talent through the brain drain, what will happen to our future? How are we going to become a developed nation? I request the government to look into this matter and help us build our dreams rather than destroying them.
