Sir: I travel to Islamabad frequently for my studies and the serenity and law and order always surprises me, as opposed to the rest of the country. I admire the beautiful and well-planned roads of the capital city, though the thing that really attracts me is the security. The policemen are always seen on the roads maintaining the peaceful environment. I was under the illusion that it is a well managed city as far as security is concerned. But I was devastated when my cousin related a recent incident. He was walking home with his friends after watching a movie at the Centaurus Mall and was attacked by some unknown armed men. Besides his wallet and other possessions being stolen, he was severely injured. This happened in the Capital city of our country and in a very posh suburb that is usually always heavily guarded. The least the government can do is maintain security in Islamabad. NOMAN MUNIRTurbat
