Sir: The HEC of Pakistan has signed an MOU with two European nations that will facilitate 400 students to avail scholarships at the undergraduate and graduate levels. It is a highly appreciated effort but the sad part is that it is restricted to deserving students of only 10 selected universities of Pakistan and none from Sindh. This partial, unjust act robs the students of Sindh of their right to compete for opportunities to study abroad. The HEC and the government must look into this matter earnestly and give every citizen of Pakistan an unambiguous chance to pursue their dreams. DR SAJID HAMEED Larkana
