Sir: We have been hearing a lot about the ongoing revolutions and ‘New Pakistan’ for quite a long time now. But I guess we did not think about the consequences that these revolutions were going to bring. First of all, a revolution is not a small thing. It demands blood and sweat to achieve something. Second, during this process of revolution, the protests have affected the economy and that has increased the prices of everyday necessities, further burdening the shoulders of the common man. Prices of electricity and gas have also gone up along with the increase in load shedding. The stock market and businesses are badly affected. With all this chaos, education has been the worst affected sector, in the capital especially. In short there is an economic crisis, political conflict, education remains disturbed and the country’s future remains uncertain. RIDA NIAZVia Email
