Sir: Ankara dam, built in 1939, stretches over an area of 17000 meters. It is a major source that provides water to the areas of Baluchistan, especially in Gwadar. Above all, due to the massive siltation and no rain, the dam has dried up and this has raised the scarcity of water in Gwadar. As a result, the people are compelled to migrate other places of the province in search of water. Even they are compelled to buy water from the tankers which cost a lot of money. I thus request the government to solve the shortage of water in Gwadar. ATIQ SHAY Gwadar
