Sir: The decision of the federal government to hand over Islamabad to the army has come under scathing criticism, but if we look at the other side of the story the fact is that the government can take help from the army according to the constitution. Moreover, if we look at the situation of the country, we are facing an extraordinary situation — Operation Zarb-e-Azb, the impending ‘long march’ and the so-called revolution. All these problems require help from the army. Our politicians are in no mood to give democracy a chance and their discourse shows where we are heading! It is a good decision by the government to take help from the army. Muhammad Wajid MunirIslamabad
