Sir: It seems that Imran Khan is right as far as rigging in the elections of 2013 is concerned, as many confessions have been made but he still lacks solid evidence. No doubt Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri’s protests are constitutional but their demands seem unconstitutional. This stalemate gives an opportunity to the army to take over. Even though our politicians are busy playing the blame game, they are elected members of parliament. Imran Khan’s protest has already cost Rs eight billion to the nation. The PM is unwilling to resign at all costs. PTI is a new and untested party, therefore many people are advocating its coming to power. PTI has been successful in bringing some reforms, such as the online FIR in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which reduces corruption in the police department. Such reforms show that PTI will do something positive if they are given a chance. I would like to request all politicians to sort this out, and soon, as the country cannot afford much more loss.
