Sir: We have entered a decisive chapter in our country’s history. While the capital has been besieged, one of the most important developments is the issue of the first information report (FIR) being registered against the culprits behind the Model Town massacre. This was a crime of massive proportions in which citizens of this country were gunned down by armed police in broad daylight. It is essential that whoever is behind the murders is brought to book so that a precedent is set against this kind of behaviour in the future.
