Water level in Rawal Dam at its peak

RAWALPINDI: The water level has reached to its highest point 1,752 feet in the Rawal Dam due to the present rain spells. The sources informed that the water present in the dam could fulfill the needs for 10 months. The WASA sources said that the Rawal Dam supplies 24 million gallons of water every day. There is no shortage of water, however due to the load shedding in several areas, the tube wells have become nonfunctional.
