Extensive duty: ASI dies of brain haemorrhage

ISLAMABAD: An ASI of the Punjab police died due to brain haemorrhage after performing extra duty for hours at the PTI’s march According to reports, Assistant Sub Inspector of Punjab police Shaukat Ali was persistently performing his duty from up to 18 hours. According to spectators, Shaukat was performing his duty in the Red Zone when his blood pressure suddenly shot-up, following which he was rushed to the Polyclinic Hospital, but the intensive stress, caused brain haemorrhage and thus taking his life. The body has been sent to his respective village, Dahr Newalla.
