PBM Carnival for Sweet Angels from tomorrow





ISLAMABAD: A four-day carnival of sweet home kids titled “We will Rise” would begin from Thursday in Jinnah Sports Stadium, Chairman Pakistan Baitul Mal Barrister Abid Waheed Shaikh said. Addressing a Press Conference here on Tuesday he said a total of 1,500 kids from across the country would participate in the event. The children from Sweet Homes will participate in music, tableaus, sports, Naat, Tilawat, speeches, fancy dress show and parade in the event, which would conclude on March 24. “Pakistan’s Sweet Homes (PSH) project is a huge success and will be more prosperous in the coming future,” he said. The chairman said children living at Sweet Homes are enrolled in renowned private schools and would educate there until graduation.  “Sweet Homes had been established in different cities depending on the number of orphans,” he said. Barrister Shaikh said under PSH project, orphans’ hailing from all over the country between ages 4-6 have been enrolled. They are provided with free food, shelter, boarding facility and quality education in the renowned educational intuitions of the area. So far, over 28 PSH have been established all over Pakistan in which 3,200 children are spending facilitation and respect life, he added. On March 23 children from various schools will participate in Pakistan day celebrations at Jinnah Stadium.
