ISLAMABAD: After a great success of Park Enclave housing project, Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to launch Park Enclave-II. The Park Enclave -II housing scheme located at the Park Road having ideal and exceptional surroundings is being launched after successful completion of development work in phase one of the Park Enclave Housing Project. CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal chaired a meeting held at CDA headquarters to review the arrangements of launching publicity campaign, planning of the project and allotment of plots in the scheme. Administration and Estate Member Amer Ali Ahmed and other senior officers of planning and estate wings attended the meeting. CDA Chairman apprised that process for handing over of possession of the plots in phase one of Park Enclave Housing project to the allottees that would begin on December 28 and finishing work in few areas of the scheme is being completed at fast pace to ensure that possession could be given to the allottees at the earliest. The meeting was also informed that completion of development work at Park Enclave Housing Project will help attract more people to get the plot in Park Enclave-II which is considered as a housing scheme having matchless environment. CDA Chairman was further informed that a consolidated print and electronic media campaign has been launched to attract the people to participate in balloting process. He was also informed that plots of one kanal size would be allotted to the applicants and layout plans in this context has been approved. CDA Chairman was briefed that plots would be allotted through balloting and after that codal formalities would be finalised to initiate development work in the scheme. The meeting was informed that brochures containing application forms would be available at all the branches of Muslim Commercial Bank, Askari Bank, Bank of Punjab and One Window Directorate and last date for submission of application form would be January 12, 2016. CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal said that completion of development work at Park Enclave housing scheme in record time elaborates the commitment and professionalism of the authority. He said that Park Enclave housing project remained stalled for the years but incumbent CDA management after prioritising the project not only initiated the development work in the scheme but due to continuous efforts and special focus on handing over of possession to the allottees would begin this month. He further said that residual finishing work in few areas of the scheme would be completed at the earliest so that people could build their homes in the scheme. Zone IV of the federal capital is considered as lush green area of the city and Park Enclave -II adjacent to the farmhouses would be gift for the people, he added. He further directed to complete remaining codal formalities so that development work in Park Enclave-II could also be initiated and completed in record time. CDA Chairman said that the authority is cognizant of growing housing needs in the city, development work in different sectors and particularly launching of the Park Enclave-II is an effort of the authority to cater these required needs. He hoped that the Park Enclave-II would not only cater the housing needs of the city but will add to natural beauty of the federal capital.
