Surveillance of 1,086 houses under anti-dengue drive

RAWALPINDI: The surveillance of 1,086 houses has been completed as the anti-dengue campaign is underway in the cantt areas. The Cantonment Board, Rawalpindi has initiated the anti-dengue campaign while 1,086 houses in different areas were examined and the dengue larva was found in four different places following which fumigation was conducted in the respective sites. Nine teams under supervision of Zafar khan were established which paid visits to different areas, including Alaabad, Meherabad, Awan Town, Naseerabad, Dhok Gujjran, Officer Colony, Dhok Chaudhrian and examined the residences.
