PHA to start commercial activities in public parks



RAWALPINDI: The Parks and Horticulture Agency (PHA) have decided to start commercial activities in 12 public parks of the city. The decision has been taken to generate funds for the development of these parks. Quotations in this respect are being invited from the contractors. The PHA said that hoarding boards are being installed in 10 parks, which would be put to auction. Almost 46 parks are under the control of the PHA in the city. Thirty parks are developed and 16 parks are still lying in form of grounds. The remaining parks would be developed soon.
