CDA Training Academy to be inaugurated today

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has revived its training academy after a passage of 25 years at the Pak China Friendship Centre, which is being inaugurated today (Monday). CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal would inaugurate the CDA Training Academy (CTA). The chairman has directed the academy executive director general to conduct courses for the officials and officers of different cadres of the CDA on monthly basis. The vision of the academy is to focus on CDA employee’s mental capabilities and to improve professional performance standards. The primary objective of the CTA is to plan and promote full use of resources to assist its employee’s growth through training and education. All programmes are intended to enrich, strengthen, and support the employees of the CDA. Objective to revive the training academy is to create and maintain a solid foundation of knowledge, skills, and confidence to the CDA employees by providing quality training and development opportunities for the professionals. The focus is to provide educational opportunities that maximise workforce performance, career development, and self-enrichment. Based upon the authority interest and need, these programmes would help the CDA employees to upgrade their skills, increase their knowledge, advance in their careers, solve problems and stimulate their minds.
