LCWU to arrange food and beverage moot

LAHORE: The Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) and the Environ Monitor magazine will jointly organise an international conference and an exhibition on ‘the biodiversity of food security’.

According to an LCWU statement, the conference has been arranged in connection with World Food Day, which is observed every year on October 16.

The conference aims to provide a neutral forum for dissemination of information on the latest research in the field of food and beverages technology. Environmental scientists, non-government organisations, academicians, food and nutrition experts, medical officers, representatives of environment protection agencies, mangers of the food, beverages, water and hotel industry, manufacturers of food machinery and marine biologists are expected to participate in the conference. staff report
