Staff Report
LAHORE: Zil-e-Huma will launch her new album in the first week of next month. The album contains songs sung by her mother melody queen Noor Jehan with a total remix.
There will be five remix Punjabi songs originally sung by the late Noor Jehan for films. Three of the remixes are Mundia dopata chhad mera, Aiveen te naieen dhola tere pichhay pichhay ani aan and Jadon holi jai lena mera naan.
The album also contains a song ‘Maan’ (mother) which is a tribute to motherhood. The album contains four songs composed by music directors Ustad Ronaq Ali Khan and Sajid Ali Khan and written by Ahmed Anees.
Zil-e-Huma’s previous album ‘Ishq di gadi’ despite lack of marketing was well accepted by music-lovers and youngsters.
