SC dismisses APNS petition

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a review petition of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) against the 7th Wage Board award for the newspaper workers.

The bench consisting of Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Rana Bhagwan Das and Justice Falak Sher ruled, “The review petition is dismissed and the forum seized with this matter will decide in accordance with the law without being influenced by any observation of the Supreme Court.”
