KSE accepts de-listing of Sitara Textile

KARACHI: The management of the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has accepted the request for de-listing of the Sitara Textile Mills Limited, said a notice of KSE. The notice said pursuant to the request and buy-back of the shares by sponsor of the company at Rs 60 per share and submission of an undertaking of the sponsor for purchase of the outstanding shares supported with an undertaking from purchase agent M/s M Nisar Usman Ashraf, member KSE, the exchange have excepted the request and the company shall stand de-listed from KSE with effect from April 9, 2004, the notice said. It has asked the share holders of the company, who may desire to avail this opportunity to approach the purchase agent of the sponsors. —Staff Report
