Six people caught trying to travel abroad illegally

ISLAMABAD: Six people were arrested for trying to travel abroad illegally. According to immigration, the officials arrested Irfan Mahmood of Lahore when he got out of Aero Asia’s flight E 4553 for carrying a stolen passport.

Syed Kaleem Imam, Immigration Cell deputy director, told Daily Times that the said person had gone to Germany on August 14 from Lahore. Upon his return to Islamabad, the immigration officials confiscated a stolen German passport from him.

An immigration official said that Ehsanullah was offloaded from Italy bound flight SV 725 for carrying a fake visa. He said that Muhammad Riaz was barred from boarding a Jadda bound flight GF 771 on the charges of incomplete travel documents.
