Kasuri, Khokhar to brief NA body on talks
ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri and Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokar will brief the parliamentary Kashmir committee today on the recently concluded Pakistan-India talks.
Kasuri is to give a detailed briefing on the progress made during talks held so far, while Khokar is to brief the committee on his talks with his Indian counterpart on December 27 and 28. The Kashmir committee session will be presided over by Chairman Hamid Nasir Chatta and attended by PML President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal, Opposition Leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Information Minster Sheikh Rashid, Religious Affairs Minister Ejazul Haq, Health Minister Naseer Khan, ARD Chairman Amin Fahim, former president Farooq Leghari, MMA leader Liaqat Baloch, Senate Chairman Wasim Sajjad and others. online
