Jamali announces Rs 10m for PIC

LAHORE: Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali on Sunday announced a grant of Rs 10 million for the Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC).

The grant is for the purchase of medicines and other necessary hospital equipment so that poor ailing community could be provided with better treatment free of cost.

The announcement was made during his meeting with the senior PIC members including PIC chief executive Prof Jawad Sajid. —APP
