CEC to hear Rabbani’s appeal tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: The chief election commissioner (CEC) will hear an appeal of Senator Raza Rabbani, the deputy general secretary of the Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians, regarding his grievances on the shifting of polling stations and changes in voter lists in the August 18 by-election for NA-229, Tharparkar-I. The CEC issued a notice to Mr Rabbani to appear on Thursday at the election commission secretariat in Islamabad. staff report
