6 killed in accident

FAISALABAD: Six people of a family including two children were killed when a truck collided with a car on Jhang Road on Monday.

Police said the family of Ghulam Muhammad Abad was going to Faisalabad when a truck hit their car killing Rizwan, Zulfiqar, Farheen, Amina, Humera and Sabahat died instantly. The truck also ran over a pushcart and injured a man. The driver fled the scene and the injured were taken to hospital. Police has registered a case. In another road accident, Faisal, a resident of Razaabad was killed while his daughter and driver were injured when their car overturned on Jhang Road near Pansra. staff report
