Governor Punjab to visit LCCI

LAHORE: Governor Punjab Lt Gen (retd) Khalid Maqbool will visit the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry on February 7, informed sources said. They said the governor would address executive committee members of the LCCI with a major focus on issues relating to law and order during the visit. Besides, the closing of branches of some banks in areas like vegetable market would also be agitated in his presence. It may be noted that the Governor House has been hub of city’s economic managers since the Mr Maqbool has been appointed as governor Punjab. —Staff Report
