UHS declares MBBS results

LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) on Wednesday announced the MBBS third professional annual and supplementary examination 2003 results.

A total of 239 candidates appeared in the Faisalabad Punjab Medical College MBBS third professional annual examination held in December 2003 and 171 candidates were declared passed while 68 were unsuccessful. The pass percentage was 71.55.

UHS has asked the failing candidates to submit their admission forms by February 16 at the latest for the supplementary examination to be held on March 16, 2004.

A total of 127 candidates appeared in Bahawalpur Quaid-e-Azam Medical College MBBS third professional supplementary examination held in December 2003 and 108 were declared passed while 17 were unsuccessful and the result of two students was withheld. The pass percentage was 86.4.

A total of 65 candidates appeared in the Lahore Allama Iqbal Medical College MBBS third professional supplementary examination held in December 2003 and 40 were declared passed while 21 were unsuccessful and the result of four were withheld. The pass percentage was 65.57. —Staff Report
