Indian team due today for Tulbul talks

New Delhi: A ten-member Indian delegation, headed by V K Duggal, the secretary of the Ministry of Water Resources, would arrive in Islamabad today (Wednesday) to discuss the Tulbul Navigation Project in Indian Held Kashmir.

The delegation would comprise officials from the Water Resources Ministry, External Affairs Ministry, Central Water Commission, Central Electricity Authority and the state government of occupied Kashmir, according to an official release. The talks will be held in Islamabad on July 29 and 30 as part of the ongoing composite dialogue between the two countries, added the release. app
