Disabled man arrested on border

OKARA: Border police arrested a disabled man crossing the Indian border near Sulemanki Head and hand him over to the Haveli Police for investigation.

Man kills niece after dispute: In Chak 21/4L, Sarfaraz shot his niece Shahzadi after a domestic dispute and later killed himself, sources told Daily Times on Friday.

Source said Sarfraz wanted Shahzadi to marry his brother-in-law but her father Mukhtar refused to do so. On Wednesday, Sarfraz forcefully asked Shahzadi to marry his brother-in-law and when she refused he shot her and fled. Later, when he caught he shot himself and died instantly. Police registered a case.
