MANSEHRA: Several unidentified people on Wednesday morning tried to burn a mosque in Batgram.
Batgram Police said unidentified people tried to torch the Jamia Masjid Siddique-e-Akbar in Batgram. Two prayer mats were burnt but local residents managed to save the structure. They also said a poster was pasted outside the mosque stating, “Maulana Najamuddin had earlier burned our mosque and we have taken revenge by burning this mosque.”
