PSMA welcomes minister’s statement

LAHORE–Chairman Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (PSMA) Ch Zaka Ashraf has welcomed the Federal Minister for Food and Agriculture’s statement of adopting sprinkling and drip irrigation system in the country and termed it a right step in the right direction. Commenting on Federal Minister for Agriculture Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan’s statement made by him while addressing a meeting of mango growers that the government is initiating dripping irrigation system soon with an investment equity ratio of 80:20, the PSMA Chairman said this what he has been recommending to the government time and again from the PSMA platform. —Staff Report
