KARACHI: A 100-member Indian business delegation arrived here on Monday to discuss trade opportunities after the recent thaw in relations between the two countries.
The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries delegation will spend two days here before leaving for Islamabad to meet Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and President Genenral Pervez Musharraf. “Our visit with a huge delegation is meant to expedite the ongoing peace process and to enhance trade activities between the two neighbours,” said the federation’s president Onkar S Kanwar. ap
