Nazims to apprise Musharraf of problems

KARACHI: District nazims of the city, mostly belonging to the Pakistan People’s Party and the Jamaat-e-Islami, are prepared to explain to President Pervez Musharraf about the difficulties being faced after the formation of the Sindh government, a source said. The President is expected to meet Sindh nazims on Friday, although the nazims said they did not receive the agenda. Most nazims in the province belong to the PPP and the JI while the local government portfolio has been given to the MQM. —Staff Report
